NOT WORTH IT!!!
The place is not worth the price WHATSOEVER. Our room was a nightmare from start to finish. For starters, the safe never worked and every time they would come “fix it” it would work for 5 minutes and then not work when we actually need to use it. Every time we would have to wait in the room for them to come fix it so we eventually gave up. Our bathroom didn’t have any of the hardware it was supposed to (you could see where everything was at one point). We were missing even a toilet paper holder, multiple towel holders and something else we couldn’t figure out. We called them so many times to fix it and every time they said they’ll send someone right away and NOBODY CAME THE ENTIRE 5 DAYS WE WERE THERE. There are alcohol dispensers in your room since it is an all inclusive…the first few days we’d get a mixer from the bar and then go add the alcohol in the room. The last day we decided to add the alcohol first so we could see exactly how much we’re adding…I look into my cup and it is COVERED IN BLACK DOTS. I thought maybe I had a dirty cup so I replaced the cup and once again SO MUCH BLACK STUFF. They probably NEVER clean those dispensers and that’s the dirt that was going into our cups that we had been drinking for days without seeing. We told them all of this and they didn’t even try to do anything to rectify any of it. Find a better hotel!

Overall a really great stay! I loved that with this resort we also had access to the riu palace next door and all of their amenities as well. Rooms are really spacious & nice with a fully stocked mini bar & liquor dispenser. Everything is kept super clean and the pools are immaculate. Food is good. The buffet offers a good variety of food for everyone!
