"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. We were within a five minute walk of the Roman baths and the Pump Room. It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the Jane Austen Society, the Roman Circus, and the Royal Crescent. I would recommned this hotel to anyone.

"This hotel is a guilty pleasure when I come home to visit my family - love this hotel.
I'm not sure why but the litter in the streets of bath seemed out of control but this nothing to do woth the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here!"
"Very friendly reception desk especially Tom, clean rooms and all areas. We had a snack in the bar which was good. Only slight complaint would be price of drinks in the bar. But we will be back as distance to temple meads was great. "
"Great location in terms of proximity to station. Short walk into main city/shopping area. Clean and comfortable. Nice to have 2 good-sized beds in rooms."
