There was a small gym and pool which we used and we were also able to run along the beach due to the hotel's close proximity. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant overlooked the beach. We hope to return! Highly recommend!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff people were helpful and accessible. We didn't speak any Brazilian but they were always ready to help. 1/2 block from the most lovely beach (Tijuca beach). Not as wild and crowded as Cococobana or Ipenema. Uber rides were very affordable and convient. The rooftop pool was nice and clean with beautiful views. Love this place. Will come again."

The breakfast buffet was impressive and had so many options you couldn’t try them all. It is in a safe area and centrally located. They have rooftop pools if the beach isn’t your thing or an indoor pool for wet days. We will return when we come back to Rio. "

"I know the location well and its great. When we got to our room, it had minimal furnishings which is ok. They told us only one key per room even though we were 2 guests. The shower handle was broken, so they moved us to another room, said it was an upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade and it didn't have a balcony. The shower was a tub with dirty broken grout. The pool is great. In summary i hope they can get this great property in better shape."
