"There is no insulation in the rooms, the sounds on the stairs are as if they were in the room, when the cleaning starts in the morning, you think he is in your room, there is no employee to return to, breakfast must be with the room, a simple breakfast, but Expedia gave me the room at a high price without breakfast."

Close to public transportation and restaurants
Not the most soundproof, could hear all other doors opening and people in the hallways but not a lot of traffic noise which was surprising as room faced a busy intersection

"I liked my short solo trip to Düsseldorf the niu couldn’t have been a more fitting place for me to stay. A short 5 min walk if that to the local underground station and a 10 min brisk walk to the main train station was ideal for myself as I was all over the city trying to see everything, the location was really quiet and nice to see families and those working in the surrounding area all coming together at the park beside the hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and lots of options but it done...

"Perfect location for Dusseldorf HBF just a 10 minute walk , stayed here before so knew it was a nice hotel.
Room was ideal for us, staff were friendly and helpful, we used the luggage storage room for arriving early and after check out.
Breakfast you have a decent choice and you won’t leave hungry.
Happy to use this hotel again."

"The property is the former drab Hotel AROSA. The rooms are updated in a homey Nordic flair decoration. I did not opt for an in-house breakfast, as there are many places in the neighborhood that open earlier. I got basic but comfortable accommodation at a good price. I’d stay there again."
