The room was clean and spacious. It included breakfast in the price. The bedding was clean and comfrotable. The check in process was smooth. I would like to thank Misha on the front desk who helped locate my phone which I left in the back of a Taxi. This was a service that went way beyond what I expected. This person is an exceptional asset to the hotel and should be commended.

Perfect for early flights out of Duesseldorf
A new, clean, quiet hotel, very close to the airport. We had to leave just after 4am, and they had a breakfast buffet ready for us, and had a cab there in 3 minutes. Very nice!

I would give the staff an 11 out of 10 if possible. BA cancelled my flight at 1 AM and the night staff helped me figure out how to get to London at 1:30 AM.
