"Besides the convenience when having to fly out in the morning, the hotel was great. I had a cocktail and appetizer in the lounge while listening to live entertainment. Then had a good sleep on a comfortable bed in a clean room. I would definitely stay here again (in fact I am again in a few weeks)"

"Everything was perfect except the staff availability. I suggest there should be someone available at the waiting area or at the reception to assist the guests if anything is required urgently. Chat on the app does-not always work faster. "
"The only hang up for us was the construction on the road(s) to get to the Parkade. The staff member at the front desk didn't realize that there were two roads closed for construction. So the directions he gave me weren't accurate... but we eventually figured it out"
"My husband daughter and I stayed for three nights and we loved it. It was five minutes from the Capilano Suspension bridge and 15 minutes from Granville and Standley Park. Our room had comfy beds, a kitchenette and the water pressure was great. The morning breakfast was included and was a great way to start our day. The little market across the street was wonderful as well. "
"High end experience. Love that when you check in early, they will store your luggage and give you a room card and then text you when the room is ready. The luggage will be waiting for you in the room. Best eggs benny and hollandaise sauce."
