Comfortable and roomy
I was in Vancouver to meet and talk to some colleagues about our work together. My room was clean but a bit old infrastructure. The bed was comfortable. The sitting room was a big plus and allowed my to have some conversations in the room. I would recommend the hotel with the caveat that the facilities were a bit old.
