Very helpful management team. Ensured that guests came first when we asked about EV charging. Lots of space for the kids to run around, great location, the only surprise for us was that parking was not included with the room.

Friendly and helpful staff! They remembered us from our stay two weeks previously. Rooms are perfectly clean and we had no issues. Definitely our first option for a hotel when looking for our Vancouver stay!

Given how everything has changed with Covid I thought the hotel did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and safe. All the expected safeguards were present from what we could tell. Obviously certain amenities where Not available like daily room cleaning etc. but clean towels etc where available upon request.

The front desk staff were awesome! They were all very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and a perfect size for the 4 of us. The location was good/ easy to find and overall our stay was excellent.

Very clean, cute apartment-like units. Staff was excellent! I was offered an upgraded (quieter) room, unfortunately it was a double room and not equivalent to the 1 bedroom suite I booked. Privacy was more important to us than noise, so too bad. Free parking was a huge bonus. Located directly on Granville street more or less in the centre of downtown Vancouver so tons of amenities, but typically a little noisy. Would definitely stay again.
