The pools at this hotel are fab and overall very clean. Loved the pool and bar overhanging the white beach . Unfortunately we didn’t use the downstairs pool As it was so noisy with the hotels aircon units buzzing away. So not relaxing at all! We were in the cheapest room catergory. Basic and clean but fine. Some views out of these rooms are awful. Again aircon units are placed so if you open the window…. That’s all you hear. My only other gripe was the repetitive boring beat music played constantly by the pool bar. We asked for it to be changed but told they couldn’t. A bit of variety would be nice! Plus the music at breakfast is like you are heading into a dance club. Not what’s needed first thing in the morning. Perfect location for this hotel and as mentioned beautiful pool overlooking the beach and sunset

Sky pool with pool bar on the upper level is the unique thing among the hotels there with beautiful direct view of the beach and sunset. Another thing was our room is in direct access with the swimming pool which is nice when you love swimming and enjoying time with family after or before going to the beach. The location also is just infront of the beach, so its just few steps to enjoy the long fine sands of boracay white beach. I believe it is located in between Station 1 and 2.. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, polite, courteous and treat all guests like a VIP. Dinner seafood buffet is a must and their breakfast buffet is also great. Overall, it is a 5 star hotel and they met the expectations of what a 5 star is.
