Nice property but no A/C
The hotel was lovely and was a great location. Our rooms weren’t ready and we were told we’d be texted when they were. They never texted as they said they would. The only other issue was the air conditioning not working. The room was rather hot.

Great ( but too short ) experience!
It was our first time staying there and we will absolutely stay there again! My husband and I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary and a concert. We were greeted by such friendly staff , very organized and even got into our room early. Which to our surprise, there was a bottle of wine and a card wishing us Happy Anniversary! Such a nice thoughtful touch. The room was great , so clean , bed was very comfortable. We actually loved it. The next time we go downtown Vancouver for a night , we will be booking there !

Nice place diverse staff
The Asian male concierge was wonderful . The other front desk staff (lady with the shirt bon was great very friendly) were very nice as well as housekeeping staff . The male front desk staff was rude, never spoke . The other concierge was rude . I called the desk twice using Angela asking for an hour for a razor never came . I called asking for silverware he said he couldn’t bring it up because he was too busy when I got downstairs he wasn’t busy he was standing to the desk . Then he got the silverware I said thank you twice and he didn’t respond back and I know he heard me . He never spoke to me or acknowledge me I’m the lobby during My stay but I noticed he was conversation with other residents . Smiling and being friendly but always looking mad and stoic towards people of color. Angela was very helpful she went above ad beyond giving airport recommendations . First time in Vancouver, the issue may be a sign of a larger issue of migroagreasiom and racism I am not sure but there was definitely a difference in vancover in the way I was treated in certain places
