The property was gorgeous and well kept in addition to the rooms. We had a suite that was 2 floors and it was perfectly appointed.
Having visited Bali and several parts many times, my only complaint would be the level of service from the front desk. Specifically a young lady who was present upon check in and almost all other times. She appeared to be visibly annoyed or burdened during/by any interaction; checking in, determining if the room was available additional nights, having to run a credit card when she could see that we had a few dollars in cash, requesting a map, asking general questions regarding the map, etc. Simply put, it made us feel uncomfortable to “have to” interact.
