Club pool no control over children
Club pool had screaming children in it and had to complain to management who did nothing. Intercontinental Dubai club specifically states no children in pool but Bali state that they don’t publish their policy which is very misleading. Spoilt what was a nice trip.

The hotel is magnificent, with stunning landscaping and many small lounge areas to relax in. The pools are plentiful and clean. The staff make the stay memorable. they are so friendly and helpful. The food choices are excellent and the buffet breakfast gives a taste of food from around the world. The rooms are large however they need updating and we needed repairs on the toilet seat and blocked sink

All of staff are amazing and they are ready to here from you. Building looks a bit old but well-maintained. Foods are amazing in different restaurants. Beach Sunset restaurant and Garden Restaurant are the best place to have dinner with beautiful sunset with your valuable people or person. When you feel tired during swimming, please enjoy your drinks at the pool bar. It’s also a good hydration time. Kick your stress off at the place. My family has a wonderful time at this hotel and my son has really unforgettable memories. He is missing Bali and this hotel.

i think my room's equipments are old and sometimes didnt work well. i had to ask for help,even though stuff are nice. my kid couldnt eat bali traditional foods,i`ve ordered extra charge's menu but they didnt charge us.so kind
