Amazing hotel if you’re looking for a fun vacation without the constant noise and crowds. Noise time is limited and timed; but nights are fun and with entertainment every night. There’s even a disco for dancing after 11pm. The food was delicious and well balanced. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. I’d come back to this hotel without a doubt.

I just want to mention that Meliá is not a five star anymore, they cut the restaurants to only two, now the family Meliá has more and better restaurants than the wellness, before was not like that you had access to all restaurants, the credit that Expedia used to give, now they gave vouchers which is impossible to use, we’re not going to Meliá anymore what a disappointment

My trip was amazing and the staff made it extremely enjoyable and pleasant for my family and I. Felix was the best concierge! Louisa and Junior were the best! Moises was the best bartender! I would definitely go back and I definitely recommend Meliá Punta Cana to family and friends. Food was delicious and the nightly shows including dancers were so entertaining. The foam party was the best!

The property is big so we need a small bus to go around, every time we try to get a bus from the main lobby to our room we were told no but once we had our Spanish speaking friend ask they told her yes, property promoted 7 restaurants but depending on where your room is you are limited and don’t have access to most restaurants only the buffet, would I go here gain ? We had an amazing time. The entire resort was clean and beautiful. The buffets had a great selection of food. The chef at the main dinner buffet was very accommodating to our allergies, and was excited to cook us something special. The other restaurants were not quite as on the ball, and we were served several dishes with food we cannot eat (and ended up with a pretty bad allergic reaction on the last night). The resort rules seemed pretty arbitrary (dress code, apparently having to pay to use the lounge beds by the pool despite no signage), and overall the staff were decently polite, however on arrival, not much was explained and we had a frustrating time with reserving at the dinner restaurants. The spa was kind of expensive, but it was nice enough and our massages were decent. The nightly live music was mostly very good. We will absolutely go back - knowing how everything works will alleviate the majority of our concerns.
