Buena atención de las personas a cargo, al inicio fallaba la regadera, pero después lo pudieron solucionar es un buen lugar, pero lejos del centro de Cuzco.

O estacionamento não é gratuito como diz no anúncio e também as fotos não condizem com a realidade do local porém o local é muito arrumado por dentro, instalações limpas, equipe muito educada e cordial porém não considerem café da manhã e nem estacionamento porque o café não é satisfatório e o estacionamento é pago a parte. A definição correta do local é hostel e não hotel como no anúncio.

Molto gentili, ma difficile da trovare
Come specificato nel sito non hanno una serie di servizi importanti (reception, pagamento con carta) e il costo delle pulizie di 6$ è a parte. Però è ben specificato quindi si sa prima di andarci. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile. Anche la pulizia era ineccepibile. ll problema è solo che non si identifica dall'esterno perché fondamentalmente non è un'hotel ma una casa privata. Non ha nessuna insegna fuori, solo un cancello uguale a tutti gli altri. La foto è fuorviante perché scattata all'interno della casa e quindi dalla strada non si riconosce. Non avendo un cellulare a disposizione abbiamo cercato la casa per più di mezz'ora chiedendo ai vicini ma nessuno sapeva nulla. Alla fine abbiamo trovato elemosinando una telefonata all'hotel a una signora di passaggio.

Ada and Bruno are the nicest hosts. The place was lovely. Unfortunately, we arrived when nights were 34 degrees Fahrenheit, and we just could not get warm as the walls were pretty thin.

The property and family are wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. Our room was very large. The bathroom and shower were in the room not down the hall. It is on a quiet street. In the early evening there are dogs barking however the did not make any noise throughout the night. We got good rest here. Thank you for your hospitality.

Alexandria was wonderful. It was a relief to be able to speak in english and she made sure my early taxi (3:30 am!) was there and on time. Its a bit out of the way and the taxi's have a hard time finding the address but i used google maps and was glad not to be in a busy loud hostel. The room was a bit cold but Alexandria provided plenty of warm blankets and i slept well. Muchos Gracias!

Nice room in a great family home
The room was nice and clean with a private bathroom. Room was very spacious and there is hot water in the bathroom, which is a commodity in Peru. It's a family home that's in a safe location and not far at all from the center of Cuzco, a taxi to the plaza de armas was about 5 soles(less than 2 bucks)! Also, Ada and Alexandra were very helpful throughout my stay, very genuine and caring, Ada always had a tasty breakfast ready for me in the morning. Alexandra even offers travel packages for just about anything you want to visit while there and at a very reasonable price, so that was amazing! I will be staying here again if I am ever back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
