Haven Riviera met and exceeded expectations for my wife and I! We've been to Cancun and other parts of Mexico numerous times and have stayed in many resorts for family trips, friends, or just us as a couple. Our goal was purely relaxation...no excursions, loud activity, etc...we just wanted to completely unplug and not have to think about anything. Haven allowed us to accomplish this goal as best as possible.

Haven is amazing. It was our second time staying there and both times were so great. The food, service, rooms, pools and everything was absolutely perfect. Easy beach access and easy to get cabanas (no extra cost) and chairs. The service was amazing everywhere. We had a wonderful time. They are doing some renovations and a resort is being built next door which we were a bit close to but I’m sure when everything is done it will be great. Just shows they are always improving.

We had an excellent stay for our couple get away at Haven. This facility greatly out performed my expectations for our 1st all-inclusive. We consider ourselves "foodies" and were very happy with the plethora of options served. The pools were plentiful and very clean. Seating was never an issue and there were multiple options available poolside, oceanside and everywhere in between. All the staff was very helpful and available. Purchasing the Serenity club room was an added benefit that was not fully understood until we arrived. The only drawback I would say was that the room could have been a bit cleaner but the facility in general was very well maintained. I would love to come back and visit.
