Property was advertised as having wifi.
It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay.
I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. The hotel would not agree to allow Expedia to reimburse me for the three days I did not stay.
Expedia should be responsible for ensuring any claims, such as the availability of wifi, is indeed the case. This had a major impact on my trip.
