Ficamos hospedados dos dias 29 à 31 Março 2026 O local é simplesmente incrível, com uma estrutura impecável e uma proposta que realmente encanta. No entanto, infelizmente, nossa experiência foi prejudicada pela qualidade do serviço prestado. Ficamos hospedados na Suíte Presidencial e, apesar da categoria da acomodação, a água disponibilizada no quarto foi reposta apenas no dia da nossa chegada. Nos dias seguintes, não houve qualquer reposição. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. A organização era confusa, sem nenhum colaborador para orientar os hóspedes sobre mesas disponíveis ou acomodação, gerando desconforto logo no início do dia. Na área da piscina, o atendimento foi igualmente insatisfatório. Em determinado momento, precisei subir um andar para procurar alguém que pudesse nos atender, pois não havia funcionários disponíveis no local. Considerando que se trata de um hotel 5 estrelas e que estávamos hospedados em uma das categorias mais altas do resort, situações como essas não deveriam acontecer. A estrutura é excelente, mas o nível de serviço ficou muito aquém da expectativa e do padrão que o empreendimento se propõe a oferecer. Obrigado, Alexandre Muniz
