LIVING AREA

The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy sectional couch
seating five. There's a 36” TV above the electric fireplace, vaulted
ceilings, and large windows overlook the mountains.

KITCHEN & DINING

The recently updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances,
granite countertops, and beautiful wood cabinetry.

The handsome dining area features seating for six at the unique wood
table below a beautiful chandelier.

BED & BATH

All the rooms are carpeted, adorned with artwork, and have large
windows overlooking the sweeping Truckee landscape.

Upstairs, two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two
twin beds.

The fourth sleeping area is an airy loft furnished with two twin beds.

One bathroom has a tub/shower combination and laundry facilities;
another by the loft also has a tub/shower combination and granite
counters.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

A private covered balcony with two chairs overlooks the complex.

Condo amenities include gas grills, a pool and spa, and an inviting
firepit. The clubhouse has a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, a
fireplace, and steam showers.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car
in the garage are provided.

The electric fireplace does not emit heat.

THE LOCATION

Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight
guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily
fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness
center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe

Public amenities include the area's best family-friendly skiing at
Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to
Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross

Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To
venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.
