Other Observations:
Staff: Thankfully, the other receptionists were courteous and exemplified the warmth typical of Thai hospitality.
Location: The hotel’s position on a one-way street near the freeway can be inconvenient for travelers. Exiting requires either a freeway U-turn or navigating several blocks via backstreets.
In summary, while the hotel has much to offer, addressing staff behavior and improving communication would enhance the overall guest ex
