Staying at Shangri-La was like travelling back to the 90s, good quality but dated fixtures. Service was good and prompt. Breakfast buffet could do better than Van Houten hot chocolate. The jacuzzi had around 10 jets but only 2 were working properly. Staff should be more familiar with pool operating hours, as wrong information was provided.
