Let me start by saying the staff was great and they did the beat they could except in the pool area where they seem lazy and unmotivated The design of this hotel is awkward. The club level rooms are in a different tower than the club(lounge). The gym’s entrance is a tiny little stairs so weird! The elevators are definitely Paris style haha so small and cannot fit more than 3-4 but it says fits 8 people. The lobby is the smallest I have ever seen in Thailand for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Let me clear this hotel is NOT 5 stars. Maybe 3.5 stars. It seems it attracts a lot of tours and using the pool is practically impossible as the people who visit the hotel seem to never traveled and take the pool as a swimming lesson pool. We couldn’t find a moment of rest except in the room and the club. Everything else was not up to standard. If Melia is 3.5 stars and half the price then yes I recommend but NO no no it is kot 5 stars and not worth your precious vacation time and money

Beautiful new property, attentive and helpful staff. Rooms are well equipped and super comfortable. Only thing I would pick on would be the food - breakfast offerings look stale and aren’t appetising enough. Even the lounge on the top floor could have better food. Other than that it was a great stay!

Very well kept property. International variety of food. Buy the breakfast package. You will not regret. Bed was comfortable. Room was good size. Lovely hotel and close to night market. I prefer stay close to night market than in old town city. You can see old town during the day where most of the attractions are. But if you want a nicer hotel stay here.
