We only spent one night there but the location is great, in front of the Brady House and close to everything downtown. The breakfast that was included was great too, Chilaquiles, fruit, fruit juice and coffee! A very nice stay in Cuernavaca

“Comfy and Cozy “
Friendly and efficient staff provided great service. I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. The breakfast at this hotel restaurant is outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located and a great find for the price. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful, historic property. Well maintained, very clean. Close to everything. Employees from the reception to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. English is spoken here. Great stay for the price. Friendly and efficient service, secure, quiet, comfortable. Nice dining area and beautiful gardens. Sense of Mexican history. Serene and perfectly located if you want to experience some of Cuernavaca’s classic restaurants and oldest structures. I highly recommend Case Colonial.
