Beautiful hotel, with outstanding customer service, and a wonderful location. This hotel was the favorite of four luxury hotels that we stayed on a long trip to Australia. It was large enough for a week's stay and well appointed with in-room amenities including a complimentary electrical converter (awesome for charging large devices), free mini-bar restocked every day, robes and slippers, and soft sheets. The staff were informative and had tips for where to locate specific services. The location was prime despite not having water views. It was two blocks to catch our dinner cruise of the harbor and a 10-15 minute walk to evening events at VIVID and on Charles Street.
