Close to train and metro plus airporter bus but only until 3:40pm...had another airporter bus but had to walk to side of train station for later pickup times. Lots of great eating places surrounding hotel and train station. Loved this area and would definitely come back.

The hotel located at a great location. Commute to many places easily. Room size of 29 sqf is big and comfort for family of 3. Breakast is good. Staff are friendly and excellent service.

Hotel was nice. No complaints The bar and restaurant was amazing on the 24th floor. We hung out every night. Daughter and husband thought the Sushi was the best they ever had.. Also checked out the Chinese restaurant food was great!

This was our last night in Japan and we wanted to end on high note. This was a very high note! Great location between Tokyo station and airport. Unbelievable views even with the rain and fog, amazing.

All staff very polite and friendly, cleaners did a brilliant job . Very nice hotel, little art-deco but all good. Only improvement I recommend would be usb ports in the rooms

Excellent location, easy to walk to, close transportation and excellent staff. Dining options in hotel were great and we appreciated being in this location for our first few days in Japan/Tokyo. The service and staff are wonderful!

The surrounding area boasts numerous restaurants, and a mere 5-7 minute walk from the hotel leads you to the JR and metro station, making the rest of Tokyo conveniently accessible. I would definitely stay here again during our next visit to Tokyo.

Everyone was so polite and pleased to have us stay at their hotel... we too throughly enjoyed our stay. Our next trip to Japan will certainly be with Tobu Hotel Lavent Tokyo.
