We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wing. The place was clean and well organized. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. It also has a restaurant attached to the building and guests were offered a discounted price for one buffet breakfast per person checked in. It is very close to the train station and lots of dining options around. I understand hotel rooms in Tokyo are commonly small, and so it was nice that Hotel Wing offered a bit more spacing in the room.

The hotel was steps away from a subway which was the highlight for us. Some staff members were a little rude at times and it seems to be the case with all the patrons and not just us so I didn’t take it personal. Otherwise, the rooms are small as many Japanese hotel rooms , bathrooms were a little outdated and the door was squeaking every time we opened and closed it. The lobby area as you walk through the doors was always dirty which we found surprising as we stayed in quite a few hotels during the same trip and this was something unusual . The staff would constantly talk to each other in Japanese while helping customers which was uncomfortable as it gave a feeling of them talking about you for whatever reason. Wifi was constantly turning off and was very spotty and slow.
