Awful weekend
No heat, centrally controlled and they left it at 16 C which was too cold for my kid at night. No hot water the 2 nights i stayed, staff was nice enough to haul around buckets of hot water for guests, but come on, this is really how it is?

Terrible weekend trip
No hot water for our stay of 2 nights, they boiled pots of water to bring to each room. no fault of staff, but insane that they had no maintenance staff to fix issue. Heating is central, so your thermostat in the room doesn't do anything, it's controlled by central panel and they kept it at 16 degrees C, which was WAY TOO COLD for winter in taiwan.

Wonderful stay with excellent staff and delicious breakfast. It was very clean and an excellent location to food and Taipei 101. I would stay here again. Only thing to note, is the walls are thin so you can hear music and talking in other rooms.

The location is perfect (right next to Taipei 101). The staff was great and very helpful. The room is a little small, but in this part of town, that is expected. If you are looking to party, or explore Taipei, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights in early November. Best location—right across the street from Taipei 101 which has lots of options for dining and shopping; Literally MRT redline station is just outside the hotel. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Mr. Fan at front desk is so caring, kind and gentle. He made me feel like at home when I was traveling. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

The property is right across from Taipei 101 with all the shopping and dining right at your doorstep. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When I complained the room was cold, a heater was provided. We needed to get to the cruise terminal in Keelung and the woman at the desk arranged a taxi and came out to explain to the driver in Chinese where to go. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures on the website are misleading. There are no windows in any room of this hotel. All rooms are actually in basement so air is terrible. Also the internet is very poor. I had to stay by the front desk in order to surf online which is totally insane. Overall the location is the only beauty of it as it is right on top the subway station and on the opposite of Taibei 101.
