We have stayed at the Berkley multiple times. This past stay we was located on the 1st floor. It wasn't as quiet as our past stays. You could hear everything outside the door. If we stay there again I would request an upper floor room. The staff and the hotel are very nice.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel (1 before our cruise and 1 after ) and the staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The pool is good but you very close to the beach and the services.
