2 room reservation instead of a 2 bedroom!!
We made a reservation for a 2 bedroom 1kung 1queen room through hotels.com. When we got there, they had two reservations under my name. I asked about the beds, she looked into it. Not knowing why the two reservations, the nice lady canceled one and gave me our room keys. When we got to the room, we realized this was a 1 bedroom king bed with a pull out couch. I called the front desk. The reservation was under Expedia for two rooms and since everything else was booked, they were unable to accommodate the actual reservation I had in my email 😠.

Great if you need more space to work
We enjoyed the apartment type feel since we were traveling on business. We could each have our own space and still work. It was very near the monorail, dining, shopping and all other amenities.

We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! The hotel is located in a perfect area. We were able to walk a couple blocks to a perfect area to a plethora of different restaurants.

Go somewhere else if you are visiting Miami.
Stay far away from this hotel. It’s the worst hotel I ever stayed at if you are visiting Miami, please go somewhere else. They will steal your money. If I can save someone else a huge headache I will. Please take my review in consideration. I ignored the other reviews. Me and my husband wish we never stayed here. We travel a whole lot. Ask Hotel.com. Please do not go here if you are visiting Miami. I rarely do reviews. But if I do it would have to be a nightmare. The situation was so horrible I prayed and cried all night and it was my birthday. JUST DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE!
