The staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly the hotel is pretty tired internally, although the bathroom had been updated and was very nice. Sadly the room didn’t have any bedside lamps and the breakfast was a little simple and no hot option available

Lovely room (1) with en suite shower room. Very modern but cold as the electric towel rail didn't work, and also the sink didn't hold water, even with the plug in. Not too much of a problem, however, there was some issue with the plumbing/drainage as there was a foul smell that filled the shower room, so the extractor fan had to be left running all night. That being said, we still had a nice couple of nights stay. They just need to sort the bathroom issue out and we would stay again, it's a beautiful building in a good location.

Dire hotel. Nice staff.
Night Porter was very friendly and gave great service. The rest was woeful. Knackered furnishings, radiator stuck on full, light fittings coming out of roof, taps broken etc.
