The hotel is ina great location and is very brautiful, has a great view of the city and the valleys and an amazing terrace to enjoy the ballons view at sunrise. The room was just as the pictures in the site, and the service was excellent; evreyone was very kind. The breakfast is very good.

I had amazing stay there. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect- not too closed to the crowed but near all hot attraction so we can easily walk there anytime. Good location, restaurants and shops easily accessible. Reception staff helped to book excursions at short notice. The bathroom facilities had a bad smell, possibly old pipes but problem was ‘rectified’ by opening windows leaving the property open to anyone. Otherwise lovely staff and a good hotel.
