Very convenient location, as it’s a short walk from Shin-Okubo station (one stop away from Shinjuku Station), and surrounded by many restaurants and a few grocery stores. Seems to have a concentration of Chinese/Korean restaurants. Hotel rooms themselves are pretty aged/shabby, not a pretty stay but everything works (reliable air-con, which was particularly important for summer). We didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. TL;DR: slightly shabby hotel, recommended for the traveller that values convenience/value, who spends most of their time out anyway!

But the room charges was not worth with comparing to the room quality, lack of room amenities (such as with tooth brush but no tooth paste, etc.), lack of hotel facility (no laundry in hotel, need go outside of hotel).
