The pyjamas provided were not very comfortable. Why do they not provide the yukata, which is common for ryokans of this class? Also, the lack of towels in the bathing area was not convenient. Breakfast buffet was good. We did not use the dinner buffet. However, the cafe for a lighter meal turned out to be the best option for us., with wonderful service by the man who ran the entire cafe on his own.

日帰り湯のある施設だったので大浴場は混むと思い、宿泊者専用のお風呂があったので、夜は専用風呂、朝は大浴場と選べて入れたのがよかった。 食事はビュッフェで好きな物を好きなだけ食べられるシステムは子連れには有難い。 ただ、席が自由だったので（食事中ですカード有り）席取り合戦みたいなのが面倒だった。 食事を取る前に席を確保していたのだが、気付かずにその席を他の利用者が使っていた為に夫が文句言いに行きそうだった。 この場合、次からはスタッフに声かけしたいと思った。

天然温泉が泉質もさることながら、とても広い大浴場に数々の浴槽があって、最上階には展望風呂もありとても良かった。 客室は古い感じがしたがそれなりに清潔だった。 夕食、朝食ともバイキングを選んで正解でした！ ラインナップが幅広く、どんな人でも食べたいものを美味しく食べられるように配慮されていたし、目の前で焼いてくれる鉄板焼きを目でも楽しむ事ができました。

2泊お世話になりました。団体客が多い大型宿泊施設でした。その時間帯にあうと風呂場、エレベータなど混んでいます。従業員はよく教育されていると思い、特に不快な思いはしませんでした。食事も日ごとに変わっており、また、味も問題なかったです。

客室・従業員・食事・設備に不満はないですが…
何の不満もなく、大変満足しています。が、中国人と思われる団体の方達が大勢いて、風呂場でのマナー等見ていて不愉快に思うシーンが度々ありました。ホテルの方達がとても親切だったので少し残念ですが、あの規模のホテルを経営していくには仕方のないことかもしれません。今度は家族風呂を利用してみたりしてみようかと思います。
