The hotel is quite old and could use some repainting and upgrades. However, if you prefer a room with more space, this hotel may be a good choice for you. The price is very affordable, though, making it a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.

10/10 Exceptional

A great place to spend the night after arriving at Narita Airport. The hotel has free shuttles from and to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. There is a restaurant, a concevience store and a gym inside the building. The staff at the lobby were helpful with the check in and check out processes. Also it is really cheap for a room this size with a private bathroom, so I would definitely say it is very cost effective.

6/10 Good

We stayed 3 night. Booked with breakfast buffets. They need to change menu. Same thing every day. Gets old. The bus took us to aeon mall and airport are a plus. Except they used old drivers which mean u have to load up your own luggages. They used small buses. So it gets so crowed. Tobu used big buses. I wish they could do that.

Lovely staff incredibly helpful. Super great location. We would come back again but stay in a different room. This room was incredibly tiny me and my partner had what I would consider a 1 person bed.

Hotel is older as well as the furniture but it was clean and served its purpose. We needed to stay overnight in Narita before our flight out the next day. Check in was easy. They offer an airport shuttle to/from the hotel.
