Great location! Awful Food.
The good: The staff were very very kind and very attentive and great service from start-to-finish. The location, great, right on the beach and close to many of the water activities in the area. The bad: I understand completely why it was so cheap and the low-ratings that this hotel has on Google. The food is mediocre some days if you are lucky. The restaurant, for which you reserve, serves repeatedly reheated leftovers. As well, there were no vegetarian options on the menu. Buffet was fine I guess, but it was constantly just reheated and old food. If I were just looking for a hotel, this would have been a great option. However, if you are looking for an all-inclusive, you are looking for a place with decent food. Snack bar was fairly atrocious the first day, the second day the chef made everything to order and was actual pretty decent. My recommendation is if you are looking for a budget accommodation, do yourselves a favour and just pay more for a better place with better food ratings.

Mediocre All Inclusive
The checkin went smoothly. Front desk person was helpful in explaining what was included and what wasn’t in the package I booked. My room was clean but inside was very old and bed wasn’t very comfortable. Only two pillows on the bed and both were paper thin. The water from the faucet was extremely salty. Needed to use bottled water to brush my teeth. Balcony was nice but faced another building. Not really relaxing to sit outside. Nothing to look at. The food served for breakfast lunch and dinner was much of the same. I found most everything to be on the salty side. Sometimes too salty to eat. I stayed 6 days and got sick on day 3. Spent day 4 in bed all day. I think it was from the food. The pools were enjoyable but not very clean. Found floating bread in one pool and visible rust on the fixtures in another. The rooftop pool was my favorite but it’s very windy up there which makes it almost too cold to swim. I felt the online images didn’t match what I experienced. Overall it was ok but not great. Would have preferred spending the extra money staying elsewhere.
