LOCKED OUT AT MIDNIGHT-Nobonsite help after 8PM

Horrible experience that resulted in me being locked out of the apt at midnight with no phone, car keys, or access to call any help. No information was given at check in or posted conveniently for 24 hour emergency contact for the sit that has no front desk attendant after 8pm. The general manager Lisa broke protocols and gave keys to my room out without verifying identity’s which made me feel completely unsafe and vulnerable at this facility. Elizabeth was wonderful and very helpful throughout my stay. Happenstance e

My stay was very nice . This is my second stay in 4 weeks and they have been 5 star. The receptionist Elizabeth is so helpful and receptive . Immaculate room , neat, clean and efficient. I will continue to stay here on my trips to Lafayette. RC. SUPER CONVENIENT TO DINING PLACES OF VARIOUS FOODS and Restaurants.
