Access to shops and restaurants is a very quick drive. The hotel itself was ok. The lobby and rooms on floors upstairs were much nicer than the bottom level where I was placed. I felt like I was in the bottom of the Titanic where the less fortunate stayed. There is also no pool unless you drive, which is unfortunate for families with children. The staff however were great for the most part. We came in for a hockey tournament

I understand that everyone paid for their rooms and is entitled to enjoy the hotel’s common areas, but we all need to be cognizant of the fact that all guests share these spaces and not all guests may appreciate their loud music or their screaming kids.
