Very pleasant experience, great check in by Max, very informative and happy to assist. Room was very spacious, with lots of desk and sitting space. Great that there were coffee and tea facilities in the room. It is of course, next to the motorway, but remarkable quiet although there was some noise through from it.

As good, probably better, than expected
Given that this is a motorways services, it's functional accommodation, nothing more, and in that it delivered. Check-in was thorough, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean though a little tired in places. I even had a pleasant meal at the services courtesy of a food voucher. Exiting southbound on a frosty, dark and foggy morning was interesting!

The hotel and room were clean and tidy,shower worked well, plenty of parking check in was quick and simple have used this hotel group before and will again, Nothing to do with the hotel if you fancy a drink bring it with you it seams services don't sell beer or wine anymore

Staff very helpful. Building very 1980’s with few electric sockets in room, poor double glazing and very dated bathroom. That said I was comfortable and clean and the staff were exceptionally good so I was quite content with my stay but some capital investment is overdue.
