Located at 5/F of T2. The hotel is very clean and surprisingly comfort. I left something after checkout and the staff emailed me to collect afterwards. Will recommend! There is big area to relax outside the hotel with convenient store

Never be late to a flight again
Part of the reason I stayed here is because I’ve been late to my flight before. Wanted to see if I could use this capsule so I can stay here the night before I leave. Loved the stay, easy to sleep. Only issue I had was the shower either got really hot, or really cold. Maybe it was just the stall I used. Plenty of shower space, and stores are open in the airport all night. Crazy part is that the food is cheap and good, which is crazy for any airport. The walk to the check in counters is literally one minute .

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. As you would expect, sleeping in such tight quarters with strangers is not the most comfortable. But the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-kept. The staff were nice and they spoke Japanese and English. Overall a good stay for a solo traveler!

Couldn’t be more convenient -- the place
【Location】 The location was difficult to find at the first time. Get the elevator at Gate 22 on Departure floor at Terminal 2, and go to 5th floor. SOUTH side of 5th floor, not north (they're pretty apart). The transportation between Terminate1 and 2 is also very convenient with Skytrain, even midnight. 【Facilities】 Facilities are not bad. Very clean and dyson's hair dryers as for lady's showers. There is no hair dryer in male showers, careful. Comfortable bed and enough space. Just a mirror inside the room. There were some books about travels we can read. 【Staff】 The staff speak English and no problems to communicate. Not so friendly but also not brusque :)
Averagely quiet place. Good stay for late night or early morning.
