Nice place to stay. There was a technical difficulty at checkin with there computers and everyone was working fast to get it taken care of. The employees were very apologetic. Nice hotel rooms clean and comfortable. We didnt win big in the casino but had fun donating it. Serveral places to eat. Would definitely stay again.

Not what I expected for first visit
Waited in line to check in, got my key went up to the room, just to see that it was not ready, and there were no sheets on the bed and pillows were tossed all over room and a surprise left in the toilet.

New - Packed on Friday and Worse on Saturdays
Since this just opened Fri & Sat nights are extremely busy in the casino Sat was worse than Friday so we just went up to our room. There was a line about 50+ people to get into the casino at the security check point. Very nice atmosphere and most of the employees always greeted us with kindness. We had one waitress that wasn't all that great but the than that we enjoyed our stay.

So Live Casino and Hotel is new or remodeled from an old casino. The room was pretty spacious which i loved. Also, the room was VERY cold, which that is a plus. The hallways were very smoky when walking down them. Something needs to be in place to fight off the smell for the nonsmokers. But overall i would stay again.

Check-in was hectic by having someone else card information on the card reader after paying for my room and asking me to swipe again so please pay attention to what you are signing for. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable! Food prices are high at Luk Fu. One order of beef fried rice, 6 wings, and an 8ct sushi roll was $75 (no drinks)

Room was uncomfortable because the aur in our room barely cooled. We tried to call the front desk but there was no answer.

Don’t use the towels. No hot water in sink
There was no hot water for the sink. Let it run about 15 minutes and it didn’t even get warm. The towels were horrible. I had to buball of the lint off and pull it out of my hair. Finished drying off with the pillow cases. And my husband had to use the pillow caes

Great overall, with a few “newness” issues.
Hotel was very clean and aesthetically appealing. The rooms were great ! The individuals that attempted to help us were always friendly. Some of them were obviously new employees and didn’t know the answers to key questions. My husband had a very hard time ever getting a drink in the casino. Most of the bars were unattended when we were there in the afternoon. There were not really many selections for dinner mid week. We ended up ordering takeout and having to take it to a table that we found near the sports bar. The food was good once we got it. The casino itself was very nice with a very good selection of machines. When we needed to cash out, most of the ticket machines were out of order so that we had to go up to the cashier. We will come again once the newness has worn off for the staff.

Day from hell
When i checked in i already paid for my stay the people said they tried to run thr card it was denied i spoked the company and the card was only good for 24 hr and that they had already paid it so I and the company spoke over a hour back and forth with Charles that my stay was already paid he kept saying it had not been paid but it was crazy when I got there and gave the first person my name she told me it was paid i quess she tried to run that card and denied because it not valid card so then i gave him my bank card since he said i had to pay to stay he then he said it denied and I said that not right i had just used it so I gave him my credit card and it worked so I could finally go to my room so finally the next day i went down to restaurant and as we crossing the lobby Charles yelled at me across the lobby and wanted to know why gave bad review 1st of all did not know realize i gave it to about the hotel so later that day got looking at all my accounts and realized that it looked liked i had three accounts set up to pay for this visit so I was so stressed i went down and spoke with manager and her name was Messa she was very sweet to help to that she look over everything and got things straighten out we were there to celebrate our 30 year anniversary and it was our biggest nightmare but she did make a little better I will say I will never go back there

Stuck on Elevator
Me and my daughter in law were on our way to meet other family for dinner and were stuck on an elevator for approximately 30 minutes with a Casino Manager, Charlotte. It could have been a lot longer had Charlotte not been present as there was not someone on site to quickly help nor was the fire department contacted. After we were asked to try to pull the doors open ourselves, we were able to get out. While going to give our account of the situation at Security there were other staff who commented that they too had been stuck on this elevator for various amounts of time. The elevator obviously should have been taken out of service until it could be properly repaired. There was a male staff member who literally planted himself in the door opening holding it open so that it could not run. We were at least an hour late to meet family members. We were truly excited that we would be staying at this new hotel but the experience was less than ideal. We were given $100 play on our player cards but disappointed that no personal apologies have been forthcoming especially after being informed that the owner and "Big Bosses" were all present. Also, at check in, my players card would not print and since I was in a bit of a hurry, I told the young lady that if it printed to just keep it there and when I returned I would pick it up. When trying to approve, there was a lady and a man behind the desk, obviously management, who I asked about the card and was told to step to the line.
