Everything is good with the property except the front parking. Over $400 in tickets in the last 2 months coming here. You need to make some type of parking accommodation for your customers

The only problem with this property was the parking. You had to park up the street on the corner and basically walked the whole block. That was the only inconvenience.

Parking was very limited, I received a couple of tickets for parking. The staff was just a little slow on getting new supplies for me

2/10 Poor

The room, bathroom and bed where clean, but with overall smell of smoking (including in the elevator). There was no parking whatsoever and the receptionist could not offer any parking related information. The area around the hotel seemed very unsafe to leave a car parked overnight. The area around the hotel was filthy and extremely noisy throughout the night, to the extent of not being able to get any sleep. There was no minimal service in the aspect of coffee, nor was there anything safely available nearby. My experience with this hotel and its surrounding is uniquely negative.

EH - Won't be back

Our stay at the Dream Hotel was underwhelming and leaned more negative than positive. Check-in was quick—likely due to our prepaid reservation. We were given a second-floor room (note: only two floors with rooms), and upon arrival, found the door already open. Initially, we didn’t think much of it, assuming it was intentional. But later, we discovered the key didn’t work at all—it couldn’t lock or unlock the door. We brought this up to the front desk. The agent claimed he had left it open and the key worked, but after testing himself, he saw it didn’t. He said he’d bring a backup key. Two hours passed with no update. When we asked again, he admitted he had no working key or backup for that room. Only after we pushed for a solution did he move us to a different room on the third floor. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. While the door worked, cleanliness was poor—hidden stains on the sheets, only two towels (one stained, one with hair). We’re not overly picky and only staying one night, so we made do. But overall, it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.

the staff are never there we had to call 2 different numbers just to get them to come back so we could check in to the hotel after waiting 30 minutes. then the staff lost my ID after they were supposed to make a copy of my license.

Okay experience

Over all it was a good experience for the price. Great customer service. Beds are not as atvertised. Reserved for a king size bed but beds were actully full sized. First room the heat was not working so we changed rooms which was more spacious, same bed size and outlet with TV and mini fridge did not work. And there was not parking

The location seemed suspect upon arrival a night since the area was secluded around that time and as I approached the block it seems like there wasn’t even a business there let alone a hotel it wasn’t until I pulled up directly in front of the place and saw the name on the door was I actually convinced it really was a hotel there. The style of the room inside was modern and spacious however the front door gives you a feeling like you’re about to walk into an apartment. They do not use electronic key cards but actual traditional keys you insert and turn along with a the old school “door viewer and chime.” It was a nostalgic feeling I had no complaints. Bathroom was clean. Also there is a strict no smoking policy there was a bit of a lingering residual of some type of smoke in the room. After alerting the staff he sprayed it down and apologized stating it was due to some event outside and the windows were left open however that didn’t make any sense. At night the attendant is all in one. Maintenance, customer service, cleaner you name it. But you’ll have to physically go to him if you need assistance. I tried calling from the phone and didn’t hear a dial tone. I went to check the wire and there wasn’t a trace of any wires in the room at all. I never seen a phone in a hotel just for show before I had to laugh. Other than that I would definitely return.

I'll figure out how to submit photos. No toilet paper, one power outlet at the head of the bed, behind the pillow no less, I've had to drag the desk over to where the fridge is to reach a power outlet, unplugged the fridge to use the power, there's a damaged ceiling, all the windows do not have curtains , the room 301 had a faint Marijuana smell, Oh yeah, there's a plug that runs from the bathroom mirror, across the toilet to the plug. I literally have to duck to use the toilet. Which is how I found out there's no toilet paper... Thank goodness there was a box of kleenex in the room...

This hotel frustrated me. The tv remotes were not working. Sheets looked stained with blood. I was not given the room I paid for. The front desk people were nice enough in attempting to fix the remote issues, but I had to bring people up to my room two different times so the issue could be fixed. When I arrived, an hour after I was expected to check in, I had to wait an additional twenty minutes because the cleaning lady had not yet arrived. So I had to wait in the car. The hotel has no parking, you have to park at a parking garage across the street. I thought the hotel would have free parking. I had asked for extra towels and was not given them. There was no toilet paper in my room, I had to ask for that as well. The bigger room they moved me into was nicer. But I still am annoyed that I was charged the same price for the smaller room, when the bigger room was what I paid for. All in all, it was ok.

When we arrived to the hotel the main doors were locked and we couldn’t get in. We tried contacting them but the phone went straight to voice mail. Not only that but when we finally did get into the building we had a hard time with the lock on the door. It was very hard to open the room door. The rooms also don’t have a trash bin.

The customer service was very nice and helpful. The room was very small and they advertised the room with a king size bed and it wasn’t. The bed was very small. The room was clean and they had a fridge but no microwave. There was a very bad domestic violence incident and it was very loud. They didn’t have a bar in the closest so you couldn’t hang your clothes up. Also we received a parking ticket because they had no idea about the parking situation. They have no parking lot. If you just need to crash for a night this might work for you but more than that you might want to rethink it. I paid for the room through Expedia but they act like I didn’t and they took the money out of my account. I understand that you usually have to put down a security deposit but they acted like they didn’t know when my money would be refunded back into my account. I hope they do it soon. Building was clean and smelled really good.

I have been in a type of hospitality my whole life. Two days in a row your desk manager woke me up to tell me it was time to check out. I had paid for my stay and one of the other employees didn't write it down. The room condition is very poor. Hair on the towels hair in the bathroom and the holes in the sheets. What you need is a quality control manager to go to each one of your hotels and fix the issues that they have. Other than that the rooms are very nice. I love the refrigerator. The flat screen TV's should have available channels, instead each time I come I have to download the apps. You have sinks either on the side or in front of the bed. There should be a mirror with it. As another fact the bathroom is the only place that there was a mirror. I had to go to a funeral last time I was here and didn't realize there wasn't any mirror outside of the bathroom. Sometimes a person wants to look at themselves before they go out. They should be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. You can see how often I frequent your hotel. I'm here longer than most of your employees. There needs to be minor changes done, but you need to put a responsible person in charge of that to get it done properly. Good luck
