Worst experience ever!
I had an awful overall experience. I spent a night to “rest” from a previous long flight and that was the least I could do. I put the privacy tag on my door, and housekeeping literally opened my door while I was sleeping, plus my room (1041) was located just next to the elevators and the noise was so disturbing. I am extremely disappointed and looking forward to get my money back.

The plaza
EXCELLENT and EXCEPTIONAL iconic hotel in NYC! Have been staying there for 20 years. Am extremely disappointed at the service at the champagne bar. Since a mandatory 18% tip was already added to the bill, staff had absolutely no incentive to give decent service. They spent most of their time talking amongst themselves and were very aloof and inattentive to customers’ needs.
