The hotel was very good. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The ensuite was smart and the shower was excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. If you tried the english type breakfast, the hash browns and saute potatoes were not crisp and only luke warm; the scrambled eggs were overdone; the sausages were good. If you went for the continental type breakfast I think it would have been fine.

Loud but friendly
The front desk person is not too friendly and not able to ask for anything accommodate from queen two beds to single King size. Also there were no room service for the stay. It's great that they have friendly staffs here but the street are so loud at night and I can hear the next room people are coughing and talking at 3 am in the morning.

Overall a great stay in NYC right by Time Square. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent sized for NYC and my pet peeve is when hotels are stingy with towels….this hotel was not!
