My new favorite hotel
This hotel is perfect and a great price point. Everything was clean and in new condition. Service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast had many options and tasted great, including the coffee. There were thoughtful touches like “San Antonio” flavored coffee k-cups in the room. Will definitely stay again.

Very new, very clean and comfortable. Fire alarm went off twice which was quite annoying, but overall very nice stay with the additional exception of breakfast which was terrible every day we were there. Out of coffee, out of coffee cups, upset guests, food not palatable either.

Great new hotel
I enjoyed my stay here but hopefully they fix a few things to make it better. They ran out of coffee for at breakfast and never replaced it! Several people were looking but nothing was replaced. The pillows are fluffy but horrible in my opinion. Need a firmer option! Hopefully being a new hotel they will fix these before my next stay. I will be back though.

Plumbing and electrical issues
Every time toilet flushed above us we could hear it in the pipes, shower drain was backed up and had to stand in dirty water the whole time showering. Requested to have the drain cleared 3 times, if any attempt was made, it didn’t work. On our third and final night the power went out in our room only, 3 times. Front desk clerk acted surprised, but knew exactly where to go and what breaker to reset, leading me to believe it wasn’t the first time. After 3rd outage we were moved to another room and received 20% discount on 1 nights rate. Not the end of the world, but far from ideal.
