Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. Very courteous and helpful staff. Upscale and sophisticated vibe. From the moment you step out of the cab, you feel taken care of. I loved my stay here. I need to start this review by expressing my **utmost** gratitude and respect to all the hotel staff members who work tirelessly day and night to ensure this property runs seamlessly—from the valet to the housekeepers. However, I must give special recognition to **Natasha from the Lifestyle Department** for her exceptional efforts in making my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. Natasha’s attention to detail and dedication truly stood out—thank you endlessly, Natasha! I’d also like to acknowledge Monica, Danyal, Anita, and Gloria for their outstanding housekeeping service. From the moment you step into the property, you’re warmly welcomed and treated as the **highest priority**, making you feel like royalty at the Armani Hotel. The only con I’d note is the **layout** of rooms with fountain views. While the view is stunning, the lack of a balcony and furniture facing inward (rather than toward the fountain) means you can only fully admire it by standing near the window. **All in all**, my experience was wonderful, thanks to the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended!!!!
