We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were spotless. Adjoined to a shopping mall.

Nice hotel
Clean, modern suite. Excellent internet at 200Mb. Delightful and helpful staff. Location is at least a couple of kilometres from the old city, so not a walkable option. There is a shopping mall next door and another 500m away, lots of food outlets. Reception staff were very helpful in arranging a city tour.

Where do you hang the towels?
Brand new hotel attached to Central shopping mall with professional and friendly staff and nice restaurant with good food choices. The only drawbacks are no towel hangers near the sink and complicated, confusing light switch controls.

Excellent Stay, friendly staff..Brand new hotel? Very well maintained. We got a corner suite with an amazing view. Breakfast was also rich. Easy parking in connection with the near shopping mall. Definitely recommend!!!

I did not like digging into butter that every guests was using. Should have individual portions. The same thing with yogurt. At Ubon they put out individual servings. did not have to worry about contamination.

Manager Patty helped us tremendously after check out in finding another room due to the sewage fumes or odor coming from the drain system in the bathroom. The fumes weee so bad that it was giving my family and I a headaches and feeling of nausea and vomiting. But manager Patty looked for another room that is available for us to relocate immediately at the height of their hotel being busy. She was very professional and even showed me the new room herself to make sure that we are satisfied. Manager Patty is amazing! Thank you!

Tres bon hotel un peu excentré
Hotel tres bien en confort, le personnel est au petit soins. Un gros centre commercial est colle à l'hôtel avec des nombreuses boutiques, utile lorsqu'on a besoin d'une bricole. Hotel fréquenté principalement par des asiatiques, et golfeurs. Pour rejoindre le centre historique il fzut compter 5 euros en tuc tuc pour aller sur l'île puis pour un tour complet des temples hors de l'île donc plus loins compter 1000bath. Globalement tres bon rapport qualite prix.
