Feels like we’ve been scammed with the rooftop poo
I chose this hotel for its rooftop pool which is displayed on the net and in the web but unfortunately the pool is closed and we are not informed beforehand. My kids are very unhappy with the pool available at level 23. There is no kids pool. Also i booked 2 rooms. During check in on 3.30pm, staff informed that only 1 room ready for us. Another room need around 30min to clean. Later on 5.30pm the room still not ready. Very dissapointing. Room condition is ok but the aircond is not cool. Feels like the aircond is off all night. Thank god its not too hot so we ignore it.

- Description it claims the hotel have laundrette but it did not in operation, when enquiries to front desk they not even able to provide suggestion for where is the nearest laundrette. - The room have some noise from water pipe leakage, I reported to front desk for 3 times but there have no action from the operator.
