Casino & Food is Awesome. Hotel Room was lacking.
Casino, food, and bars are amazing, highly recommend. Our room was a huge disappointment. One of the more expensive rooms I've paid for. We did the Stay Well room, which was supposed to come with a lot of comfort amenities, and it just wasn't there. Blackout curtains were damaged and would not close all the way. There was a beam of sunlight that would hit our face while in bed unless we sat just right. The fridge door was loose and you would have to pick it up to close it properly. It was slightly open when we checked in and nothing inside it was cold. There were quite a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Mainly in corners, so likely missed during cleaning. This last one wasn't as avoidable by the hotel, but still a bummer for our experience. There was a crack or something in the water pipe under the sink. We had water all over the floor from the bathroom to the outside of it. Maintenance came by and fixed it same day, which was great, but again, just another thing that kind of ruined our experience.

This hotel is very overrated. Our room smelled like straight up sewage. Went to talk to the front desk, the employee wasn’t helpful at all and was clearly annoyed. All they could offer was to waive one nights resort fee of $50. I asked to switch rooms, she said they didn’t have any available and she wouldn’t know when/if they would. The restaurants are all packed, with huge lines. It was nearly impossible to get in anywhere, we ended up going to a different hotel for dinner. Will not stay here again.

Stay was very good, hotel is nicely setup, good bar, and excellent room. The view was phenomenal. I was surprised by the price of in-room water bottle, so will recommend you check price or bring your own. That's the reason for my 4 star rating otherwise, a 5.
