Moxy Dortmund
Only stayed one night and spent evening out so didn't use other than sleep. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were offered a welcome drink which was nice. Quite close to train station, 10 mins walk.

Nice and clean, rooms are a little small and air con noisy. Beds were comfy Bar staff were slow to serve. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great location for the town centre with a metro system right outside. All in a good place to stay in Dortmund.

Hotel gut - Sevice in der Gastronomie schlecht!
Ich bin Vielreisender und ich kenne viele Moxys, auch das in NYC und anderen Metropolen. In Dortmund leider sehr schlecht. Mitarbeiter im Resaurant waren nicht besonders höflich. Keine Bedienung am Platz. Wusste ich nicht und habe erstmal gewartet. Kellner hat mich gesehen aber keinerlei Reaktion gezeigt. Bin dann zur Bar gegangen und habe gefragt ob niemand kommt. Antwort: Selbstbedienung (in so einem Hotel mit schöner Gastronimie? Wie bei Mc Donald?) Habe mir dann die entwas "schmuddelige" Speisekarte genommen und mir einen Wein und ein Pizza bestellt. Der Kellner füllte mein Glas, lies es im Bar Bereich stehen und ging in die Küche umd die Pizza aufzutauen und warm zu machen (schmeckte man...leider). Ich bin dann irgendwann genervt zum Empfang gegangen und habe um das Glas Wein gebeten, dass dort Stand. Habe ich auch bekommen. Dann kam die Pizza. Kein Besteck,keine Serviette. Habe dann danach gefragt..kam dann. Sorry, aber das war total unterirdisch und ich werden ins Moxy Dortmund garantiert nicht mehr gehen und auch nicht empfehlen.
