Worse place to stay keep away
The room was not cleaned at all asked daily for it to be done was ignores no clean towels were given we had to keep asking for a towel , breakfast was awful , the hotel is used as a brothel day and night , sex workers and men in and out all the time reception giving them there keys and condoms , reception staff were so rude the assistant manager blonde lady was so rude there was a young man on at night who was polite the only one ,but he was kept busy by the sec workers in and out so service was not great the whole stay was awful I’m totally gutted this trip was ruined

Convenient location
Service of receptionist vary from one to another, one was very friendly and the other one wasn’t friendly and helpful. Hotel is next to Duisburg train station, very convenient.

Not worth the money
very Ordinary rooms with no personal touch whatsoever. The cables are floating inside the room. Mine was missing a dustbin, which is a very basic need. Breakfast is available with surcharge.
