everything was perfect, room no. 9 was big and clean. I was very happy with the small fridge in the room. The only thing that annoyed me was the very loud slamming of the entrance door downstairs (my bed was shaking 😂). overall I recommend this hotel. just a short walk to the beach.

Hotel was ok at best. Our room was very hot (with no AC) and unfortunately we couldn't open our windows as the hotel backs onto a very busy road. Our room (24) had the smallest shower imaginable...it was very difficult to close the door once in. The double bed was very small. Staff were friendly and location good for walking into town.

Absolutely fabulous guest house style hotel. Reception and daily staff extremely friendly and helpful. The best most carefully presented breakfast cf any hotel you like and graet value - chef oversaw all dishes passionately. Bar 24 h = super convenient. Very close location to beach and street full of restaurants and pubs. No fridge in room but bar very helpful with ice. They hve a lift = magic. Highly recommended for any stay in Bournemouth area.

We had an enjoyable stay particularly as all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not provide evening meals however there are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast was a delight. If we decide to visit the area again in the future this hotel would be on our list of places to stay.

The Grove Hotel was amazing everything was perfect, the room the staff were all really friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very tasty, all I can say is that I would recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Bournemouth, we had a lovely time and that is thanks to everyone they really looked after us and as I said PERFECT in every way we will be back there again.
